Jenny is a Commercial Law Specialist

Jenny was admitted to the bar in 1999 and is a senior solicitor at Davenports.  She has a broad legal background including commercial property, trust law, banking and finance, company and commercial law, general practice and conveyancing.

Jenny’s role at Davenports Harbour is in a wide range of commercial and property work.
 
An important part of her practice is assisting clients with company matters, including joint venture arrangements, company structuring and the tailoring of shareholders’ agreements to meet the needs of individual clients.
 
She particularly enjoys creating one-off commercial contracts, and has experience drafting a variety of commercial agreements including license arrangements and international commercial agreements.  She will create precedent documents for clients who need generic contracts for use in the course of their business.

Jenny is also experienced in commercial property and finance matters, and will assist clients with leases, subdivisions and commercial property acquisitions and sales.
