Michelle is a Registered Legal Executive specialising in Estates, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Wills

Michelle has worked in the legal field since she was 19 and joined Davenports Harbour in 2005.  In 2006 Michelle completed her Legal Executive studies and is responsible for administration of our estates practice liaising closely with Tammy McLeod. 

 

Michelle enjoys providing clients/family with compassionate assistance and advice on the process involved when a loved one passes away, ensuring what can be a very difficult and emotional time for the family is as straightforward as possible.

 

This process may involve application to the High Court for Probate of a Will, administration of a deceased's Will, compliance with Inland Revenue requirements and the distribution of legacies to family members under the terms of the Will.
